Effective January 2025 the course fee will be increasing to 380 for the combination course and 210 for the Non restricted or restricted alone.

Combined courses CFSC and CRFSC are offered on separate days for $ 380 including both exams. You may take only the CFSC for $ 210. If you have successfully completed the CFSC within 30 days, the fee for the CRFSC is $ 170.Payments can be made through EMT in full or in person the day of the course. A manual is required for each student, you can purchase it for $ 21 or download it and bring your tablet to the classroom.

No, our courses are designed to teach you from the basics. No previous experience is required.

You can take the restricted course only, but to apply for a restricted license you must first successfully complete the Canadian Firearm Safety Course.

You can download the CFSC and the CRFSC from the CFP website. We offer the manual in class at cost to you if you chose to purchase one.

You must achieve a minimum 80% on the written and 80% on the practical exam. If you are not successful you may be retested at the instructor discretion for an additional $60. Exam are in English or French ONLY.

A week notice is required for cancellation, a fee of 20.00 per person applies for administration and banking fee. Failure to notify us within the time frame will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

We start the course at 7:30 a.m. sharp. Please show up 10 minutes earlier to pay for the course.

The fee covers the course and tests. Our prices include HST.
